Return Policy for Marvis

To update the Marvis return policy with the new changes, the policy would now read as follows:

Return Eligibility

  • Items purchased from Marvis are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Initiating a Return

  • To begin the return process, contact our customer service at customerservice@marvis.life to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Returns cannot be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  • Include your original receipt or proof of purchase with your RMA request.

Customer Obligations

  • Customers are now responsible for all return shipping expenses.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the secure and verifiable delivery of your returned items.

Restocking Charges

  • A restocking fee of 10% of the item’s purchase price may be applied to returned items.
  • The restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund.

Refund Procedure

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.

Product Exchanges

  • Replacements are provided only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Contact us immediately if you need to exchange a defective or damaged item.

Final Sale Items

  • Items from the Marvis Collection are final sale and cannot be returned as they are print on demand products.
