How long does shipping take?

Our shipping times and policies are located here on the site.

Is shipping free?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $49.  We offer reduced/discounted shipping on all others.

Can I change my delivery address?

It may be possible.  It will depend on timing.  We work with several different suppliers and it will depend on how quickly the error is found.  Please reach out to us from the homepage with the "CHAT" function to message us directly.  You can also find our customer service email address on our CONTACT US page.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Promotional codes may be entered in the appropriate box on the checkout page.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept multiple forms of payment including credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Venmo, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

The product I want is out of stock.  When will it be available?

Our suppliers are regularly updating their stock daily.  Please check back on the site to see when it is in stock again.  Timing varies as we use multiple suppliers for our products.  You can also reach out to us directly and we can see if we can find the information out for you.

I won't be at home to accept the order, what should I do?

Most orders will be sent via USPS or some other trackable means (I.E. UPS, FedEx, Jewel, etc.) and they would follow the same rules for any other package you receive.

My promotional code isn't working.  What should I do?

Check the expiration date.  This is generally why the promotional/discount codes expire after a certain amount of time.  If it is unexpired, then please feel free to reach out to us directly and we can research the issue for you and distribute a new code if needed.

Where is my order?

After your order is processed, you should receive an email with tracking information directly.  If you do not receive it or you are unable to find it, then please reach out to us directly at customer service and we can look up the information for you.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to domestic addresses within the United States.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Please reference the tracking information you received directly upon order processing.  You can also refer to our shipping policy for a general timeframe.

How do I know what size to choose?

You can find an assortment of sizing charts available to you directly on our website.  It also includes a conversion chart for our overseas suppliers as well.  You can find this information in our SIZING CHARTS.

I saw a dress I like somewhere else.  Can you get it for me?

There's no guarantee, but we will do our best to find an option that works for you.  Pricing will vary and will be provided if we find a supplier.  The easiest way to see if we can source an item(s) for you would be to email us and send a photo along with the information and requested size.  Our team will then go to work and see if we can source the item from one of our suppliers that we have available to us.

How can I verify that my purchase or payment went through?

Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt/invoice for your purchase.  This generally occurs instantly as soon as the payment is processed.  If you do not receive an invoice within 60-90 minutes of placing your order (check your junk/spam folder as well), then please try your purchase again, or feel free to reach out to customer service.
